Free Technical Training for TMG Members

As lockdown eases and businesses reopen, we want to support our members through the recovery period ahead. With a reduction in productivity during the lockdown period and the subsequent financial impact many have experienced, you may have taken the opportunity to look at updating your processes or considered broadening the skills of your workforce.

Our Technical Partners would like to offer technical training, completely free of charge for your current apprentices and your employees who are furloughed. This will give members an opportunity to upskill current employees, advance skill levels or even learn a new skill. Our Technical Partners are leaders in automation, robotics, CNC programming and tooling. Training will be provided through short online courses and 121 sessions whilst maintaining social distancing.

We want to ensure we’re providing the relevant training and we’d like to get your feedback on the topics you’d like us to cover, for example, introduction to automation, basic robot programming, CNC programming or modern day milling practices.
